In order for me to provide the best possible scheduling for my guests, I require 24-48 hour’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hour’ notice, a 50% of scheduled service cancelation fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. If you are running late, I will hold your appointment for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes late you will be considered a no-show.
